SLIPS:

All DK slips conform to API 7K specifications and bear official API monograms. They have all undergone rigorous load tests before shipping to our customers.

AIR HOIST & HYDRAULIC WINCH:

Compact size and lightweight; Simple design, easy to operate and maintain; Explosion-proof under flammable and explosive environments; Moisture resistant under inclement weather, conforms to API 7K specifications.

ELEVATOR:
Elevators are designed and manufactured according to API 8A specifications and are used to lift dill pipe, casing, tubing, and drill collars.

ELEVATOR LINKS:
Elevator links are offered in two models: DH single arm and SH double arm. All links are designed and manufactured according to API 8C specifications.

DRILL PIPE POWER TONGS:

Drill power tongs are employed widely in drilling and workover operations. These tongs are designed and manufactured according to API 7K specification.

CASING POWER TONGS:

Casing power tongs are designed and manufactured according to API 7K specification. The computerized torque control is used to ensure accurate casing thread makeup.

HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT:

Hydraulic power to various components on the drilling rig. It features a small overall dimension, user friendly controls, widely adjustable range and explosion proof motor.

Water injection pumps are installed to force water, wastewater, waste field oil, and brine deep underground into porous formations. The injection can be used as an enhanced oil recovery (EOR) method in reservoirs where pressures are dropping.

SCR Skid Mounted Drilling Rig has a set of generators as its prime mover and uses DC electrical motors to drive its main components. In addition to being convenient and reliable to control, its power system design is specifically tailored to meet the demands of modern-day drilling applications. This rig configuration also harbors our signature digital SCR system which sets the standard for durability, efficiency, and performance. Its modular components are easily accessed and serviced. Monitoring and troubleshooting have been made simple via a front-mounted, human-machine interaction system with multi-language capabilities.

The mast and substructure are hydraulically raised and lowered. The rig structure consists of two bottom boxes, two side boxes, a steel center section, two mast starting sections, an upper mast section, a lower mast section, and a crown block. Only 25-28 loads are required to move the rig to the well site, about half the number of loads it takes for a typical rig. No cranes are required for drilling modules or the mud system assembly.

An innovative secure pinning system generates safer and easier structural connections. The traveling block and top drive remain mounted on the mast during transportation. The draw works disc brake system provides maximum control with minimum noise during operation.

Handheld sand line depth meters help avoid situations that can cause damage and safety issues with a sand line by giving operators accurate readings of sand line depth. Easy to use and maintain, mechanical depth meters can be used on working rigs and mining/coring rigs. Each depth meter comes in either English or metric configurations. An optional floor mount bracket is also available.
